CUFA Leadership Challenge Program

The CUFA Leadership Challenge Program provides a range of activities designed to take people out of their comfort zones. Through physical, cultural and emotional challenges, this program offers a unique insight into poor communities and their financial co-operative movement. The Bank actively supports this program and encourages staff to participate. The fundraising element required in the program empowers staff to get involved and become effective ambassadors for Mutuals and Co-operatives.
