What is a Target Market Determination (TMD)?
A TMD is a document that describes:
- The consumer for which the product has been designed
- The conditions around the product’s distribution
- The events or circumstances where we may need to review the TMD
- When the TMD will be reviewed
- Recording keeping and reporting obligations of distributors
