ATM Access

Australia Wide ATMs

If you are looking to withdraw money anywhere, you now have access to over 20,000 ATMs owned and operated by the Banks below, Australia-wide, and you will not incur a Direct Charge for the transactions:

  • NAB
  • Commonwealth Bank
  • Westpac
  • ANZ
  • BOQ - will not apply Direct Charge on their branch ATMs. All their offsite ATMs like BP Service stations, etc, will incur Direct Charge

As a reminder, we have withdrawn from the rediATM network. From 1 January 2019 onwards, a Direct Charge will apply when you use a rediATM. Also, some other ATM owners like CashCard may also apply a Direct Charge when withdrawing funds. This fee will be disclosed upfront, providing you with the option of cancelling the transaction without incurring the fee.
 

International ATMs 
Your Visa card can be used in any ATM overseas where the VISA sign is displayed. Please take note, these ATMs may have a withdrawal fee charge and this fee will be disclosed upfront.

 

Phone Banking

Our Phone Banking Service gives you 24 hour access to your accounts from any touch phone.  It's a free service, you only pay the cost of a local call, regardless of where you ring from within Australia.

By simply calling and following the voice prompts, you can:

  • Have your last five transactions read to you
  • See if funds have been credited to your account
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Transfer funds to selected third party accounts
  • Make a payment using BPAY
  • Obtain interest earned for the last financial year
  • Change your Access Code

What happens if I forget my access code?

You must notify the Bank that your access code is not working or you have forgotten your access code. We will issue you a new access code after we have performed the appropriate identity checks. You will be required to change this code the next time you use Phone Banking. We'll get back to you once we have your request - it's that easy!
